REFINERY DIRECT

YAI works with the Bulk Fuels Director for one of the last global independent refineries for Non US products, a verified Global reseller for non US products, and 2 US Domestic re-sellers with verified contracts for US Domestically produced products.

Crude and all refined products.

Volumes & Pricing

Non US Refinery products - 1M BBLS or 100000 MT per month 12 month contract.  Pricing is at least minus 8 or better off Northwest European Platts. Delivered CIF.


Global Non US Reseller - MOPS/NWIE index with heavy discounts. FOB in pricing.


US Domestic products - usually just below US or Gulf Coast Platts or NYMEX. FOB in pricing.

Brokered reseller products disclaimer

YAI prefers not to deal with brokers or resellers outside their sphere of influence.


Should a client place a fuel request for specific price, fuel, or procedure that falls outside of YAI's normal supply chain and/or requires YAI to deal with brokers to access such results, YAI will do its best for due diligence in this process. However, YAI will have no liability whatsoever to the buyer if this route inhibits or blocks YAI's ability to perform its normal due diligence that results in a failed transaction on any level.


Any buyer engaging YAI accepts this waiver in full.

Blacklisted

There is a reason YAI avoids dealing with other brokers or trying to fill buyer orders outside of our normal providers - because most of the time its pure hogwash. These scoundrels either could not perform or turned out to be out & out frauds.


Verified Fraudsters -
NOCOIL – Don’t let the shiny, professionally done website fool you. Decent procedures and prices that make you go “hmm”. We did the dog and pony show and got POP docs. Problem was the TSR produced was verified as fraud. Reported to both Interpol and the FBI.

G Jagannathan – email is g.jagan@aarmsvaluechain.com +91 9844597950 out of Bangalore, India. This is the “papered mandate” we dealt with for Nocoil. After we confirm the transaction he led us in to be fraud, he confesses that his prior transaction had failed “ as he could not confirm the oil” but never shared this pearl.

Chem Trading, LLC/ Torgashov Evgenevich – +7-985 630-31-84 chemtradingllc55@mail.ru - his tax credentials in Russia verify, but he’s a fraudster. He pushes “non Russian” product coming from Laffan Refinery 2 out of Qatar. There is a Laffan Refinery 2 in Qatar and we reached out to them because the website and docs offered did not match up. Took forever, but they confirmed him as a fraud.


Verified Non-Performers – Those who could never produce either a CI based on original offer or POP after an executed CI. Effectively could have had an allocation – If you were willing to pay for it up front via an upfront LC (never do) or using your clients logistics (TSA/CPA).

CP Strand LTD, Portugal – Placed forth an ICPO for product and they could not produce POP after signed CI per their offer. They are one of a series of distributors who supposedly had access to Kazakhstan fuel and could not produce squat. Usually, an indicator that they don’t have the funds to pay for the allocation.

Tordil Corporation, Argentina. Placed forth an ICPO based on issued offer, CI was never produced. Procedures changed to require LC to get the CI. In short, they had no money to get the allocation and wanted my buyer to pay up front.

MIS Corporation Energy Products, Jose Rosales 312-874-1929 out of Chicago. Produced a fuel offer, an ICPO was issued on the offer. Offer was changed per “refinery” that’s when we knew it was BS, but we played along. Still could not produce a CI even after revising the ICPO.

Tundra Drilling Wells Services, Inc of Houston, Tulio Pulgar & Guillermo Marcano +58 414-3942062. Produced an ICPO on offer, could never produce a CI.

ATYRAU Refinery Kazakhstan, Saffars Ahmed mandate. AN offer was put forth, an ICPO was issued and no CI was issued as procedures were changed requiring endorsed TSA. There were 2 brokers involved whose names I deleted in anger, but this is a non performer.
