Operational History
Yancy & Associates, Inc. (YAI) was founded in February 1994 by President and CEO Darren G. Yancy, Sr as an Exclusive Agency for a Tier 1 Insurance Company. YAI is one of the charter companies of the Yancy International Consulting Group, LP (YICGLP). The agency specialized in commercial property & casualty insurance.
Claims Adjusting
Internal claims adjusting was granted by carriers with lines of business produced. It was performed with authority on commercial general liability & property for construction & contractor claims, garage, habitational, restaurant & bar, tow, and trucking operations.
Current Services
Retail agency operations were sold in 2014. The company now operates as a claims management, adjusting, and insurance consulting operation. We provide First Notice of Loss, 24 Hour Claims Monitoring, and Run Off Claims Management.
